Pre-order terms

Effective 3 September 2026. These terms cover pre-orders of Roast 001 at horizonmesquite.com.

The order

A pre-order is a real order. You are charged the full amount at checkout, and your bags are set aside from Roast 001 the moment you reserve. Roast 001 is a single roast of 2,750 bags; when it is spoken for, there is none until the next roast.

The window

Roast 001 ships December 2026 to January 2027, to United States addresses. We write to you at each real moment between your order and your door: the roast, the crossing, the arrival, the shipping confirmation.

If the window moves

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we write to you before it closes with a revised date. You may cancel at no cost for a prompt and full refund, or keep your place at the new date.

Cancellation

Cancel any time before your order ships: one email to hello@horizonmesquite.com, and the full amount returns to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The guarantee

After delivery, the 60-day guarantee applies: if the cup is not for you, write to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Shipping

US shipping is $7.95, and free on orders over $70, so the two-bag order ships free. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
